Greens Edge is a luxury mid-rise condo community of 330 units, 11 buildings, bordered by the 10th fairway of the Eastwood Golf Course. Each building offers a sweeping golf course view; and most also offer views of the community lake. The homes come loaded with luxury features such as granite countertops, crown molding, and tile floors in all areas except the bedrooms. Floor plans range from 1586 sq. ft. under air to 1716 sq. ft. to 1860 sq. ft. The largest unit is in the middle of the stack with a huge veranda and 2 master suites.
Prices range from the low $400's. All units come with an oversized one-car garage where you can fit a car and a golf cart. The garages are separate from the condo buildings itself.

The developer is taking reservations first come, first served. No lottery.No waiting line. You pick 3 or so units that you are interested in and send those off to the developer with a check for $2500. Terms are as follows: $2500 reservation; within a few weeks - 10% on contract minus the $2500; additional 5% 60 days after recission period; and then 5% at slab. Projected build is 16 to 24 months. Building will start at the ends and go to the middle, so Building 6will be completed last. Investors will not be able to sell a unit until the development is sold out.
